Cookie Policy
FIFA World Cup Match uses a deliberately small number of cookies. None of them are used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioural profiling.
Cookies we set
- Session cookie (set on every page load) — stores a random session identifier so that, if you sign in, you stay signed in across pages and forms have valid CSRF protection. Cleared when you close the browser or sign out.
- XSRF-TOKEN (set on every page load) — a short-lived token used to verify form submissions came from this site and not a third-party page.
-
cookie-consent (set in your browser's
localStorage, not as a cookie) — records that you have seen the cookie banner so we don't show it again on your next visit.
Cookies we do not set
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No cross-site or third-party tracking cookies.
- No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.).
How to manage cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their privacy settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from posting in chat; the rest of the site will still work.
Changes
If we ever change the cookies we use, this page and the cookie banner will be updated accordingly.
