The duo perform at Fort York & the Bentway on Sunday afternoon before the final match between Spain and Argentina

Once again harnessing the alien magic that enables them to defy the laws of physics and be in two places at once (like the night they opened for Jack White at Toronto's RBC Amphitheatre before scooting across town to headline the Mod Club), Angine de Poitrine have now been announced as the headliners for the grand finale of Toronto's FIFA Fan Festival on Sunday (July 19).

The Saguenay duo will be taking the stage at Fort York & the Bentway at 1 p.m. for the last day of this year's World Cup festivities, which will see Spain take on Argentina in the final match. After blowing the minds of their fellow black-and-white, spherical-minded soccer fans, Angine will head down to Guelph to close out the main stage at a sold-out Hillside Festival.

As of this writing, the only remaining FIFA Fan Festival tickets for Sunday (July 19) are seats in the exclusive Casamigos Clubhouse. Many fans in the comments of the social media posts announcing the band's performance are understandably pleading with organizers to release more general admission tickets. Imagine shouting "Sébastien" through a vuvuzela?
