While Koubek usually prefers consistency in his lineup, he may make slight adjustments in attack to improve goal output.
Hoffenheim striker Adam Hlozek is strongly expected to be included in the starting lineup, likely replacing Pavel Sulc and forming a partnership with leading forward Patrik Schick.
