Multiple sources confirm Como have agreed a deal with Chelsea for Trevoh Chalobah, set to pay €30m plus up to €6m in add-ons for the England defender.

The negotiations had been dragging on for weeks, and intensified after Inter withdrew their interest, as the two Serie A sides had agreed a pact of non-aggression over this transfer target.
Como get Chalobah deal with Chelsea
Chelsea were determined to get a €30m fixed fee as part of the move, so Como eventually stepped up with that sum.
According to Calciomercato, there are also up to an additional €6m in various performance-related add-ons, plus a cut of the future sale fee.
Chalobah turned 27 last month and was part of the England squad that took the bronze medal at the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
A product of the Chelsea youth academy, he had loan spells with the likes of Ipswich Town, Huddersfield, Lorient and Crystal Palace.
Como were in Serie B two years ago, but have flourished under coach Cesc Fabregas and qualified for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
