India announce squad for England ODI series
The Indian national team will be back in action in the ODI format from July 14 in England, where they will contest in a three-match ODI series.
India are fresh from thrashing Afghanistan 3-0 in the recently concluded ODI series on home soil and will now travel to the UK for a long white-ball tour.
The Men in Blue are scheduled to face Ireland first in a two-match T20I series, followed by a five-match T20I series against England.
After the conclusion of the T20I series, the two teams will then fight it out in a three-match ODI series, which will be played at Edgbaston, Sophia Gardens and the iconic Lord's.
Shubman Gill, who won his first ODI series as a captain of the Indian team will continue to lead the side, while Shreyas Iyer will serve as his deputy.
Gurnoor Brar, who made an impressive international debut against Afghanistan, has retained his place in the team and will continue to remain a part of India's esteemed pace attack.

Jasprit Bumrah and Virat Kohli returns to ODI squad
The big news, however, is the return of star players Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah. The star duo are back in the national team after sitting out of the Afghanistan series.
While Bumrah was rested to manage his workload following the conclusion of the IPL, Kohli was ruled out of the series due to a hamstring injury.
Kohli's participation in the England series, though, is subject to his fitness clearance. The veteran star will undergo a fitness Test in England in the coming days, according to media reports, and only after receiving clearance from BCCI's medical team will he be included in the squad and the starting lineup.
