Jennifer Hudson came out to sing the National Anthem at the World Cup final in a killer Thom Browne suit, working those patriotic colors (which also just happen to be the branding colors for Thom Browne).
That’s just gorgeous; sporty but formal, patriotic but not in a chintzy way. Love the blue piping. We could’ve done without the corseting in the back, but we admit it makes for an appealingly telegenic surprise. The only part we’d magically wish away is that bow, which turns the otherwise powerful ensemble a little silly.
