It all started when FIFA dropped a bombshell, announcing the official lineup of artists performing during the tournament's halftime show. Along with BTS, Madonna, and Shakira, it was confirmed that Justin Bieber would be taking the stage, and as a devoted Belieber, Inés decided to use social media to send a very pointed message to her boyfriend.
In her Instagram Story, the Seville-born influencer shared FIFA’s announcement, along with a note to Lamine reading, “My love, do whatever it takes to reach the final. Do you hear me?? Whatever it takes!” Iconic behavior, honestly.
As for how Inés and Lamine met? “You’re probably expecting some perfect, crazy love story. Like I saw him in a store, the way it supposedly went down…my savior, my hero,” she once said, via Hola!. “Here’s the real story: 3, 2, 1…social media!” Again, she’s an icon.
It’s unclear how long they’ve been together, but they went public with their relationship earlier this year. Lamine also dedicated his first World Cup goal to Inés, telling DAZN (per ESPN) the goal was dedicated “to my mother, my girlfriend, to my friends, and everyone back at home in Mataró.”
