Fresh off joining Post Malone for a performance of “Sunflower” at the closing ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup at New York New Jersey Stadium, Swae Lee is making another high-profile move: The Grammy-nominated rapper, singer, and songwriter is parting ways with the South Florida mansion he picked up a little more than three years ago.

Property records show Lee, whose full name is Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, purchased the estate in March 2023 for $4.25 million. It’s now listed for $5.4 million with Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz of The R/E Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
