Manchester United, as you'd expect, is well represented at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

United features a dozen players taking part in the tournament that is co-hosted by Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Most of the players competing are big names, led by United's captain, Bruno Fernandes.

There are clubs with more than the Manchester United 12 competing at this event, but that amount puts them in the top-10 most well-represented clubs around the world in this tournament.

What Manchester United players are at the World Cup?

A total of 12 United players are competing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This is the list, with countries:

  • Altay Bayindir, Turkey
  • Matheus Cunha, Brazil
  • Diogo Dalot, Portugal
  • Amad Diallo, Ivory Coast
  • Bruno Fernandes, Portugal
  • Tyler Fletcher, Scotland
  • Senne Lammens, Belgium
  • Diego Leon, Paraguay
  • Kobbie Mainoo, England
  • Lisandro Martinez, Argentina
  • Noussair Mazraoui, Morocco
  • Marcus Rashford, England

That's a bunch of big names and a few lesser-known players.

For those wondering: Yes, Rashford remains a United player despite having spent the past season on loan at Barcelona.

This list doesn't include the Brazilian veteran Casemiro, who has already left United, as was planned in advance before this season ended.

Manchester United has players representing 10 different countries, including two for Portugal and two for England.

That's a lot of opportunities for United fans to keep track of their lads in action.
