The players set off from Manchester Airport ahead of our three-match trip to Hong Kong and Seoul as preparations for the new campaign begin.
New City boss Enzo Maresca and his players were at the City Football Academy this morning for one final training session before jetting off.
City face Inter in Hong Kong on Saturday 1 August, before playing a K League All Stars side on Wednesday 5 August and Atletico Madrid on Sunday 9 August in the South Korean capital.

Due to the FIFA World Cup, first team players that reached the quarter-final stages and beyond at the tournament will not travel due to required rest time ahead of the new 2026/27 season.
A small number of players that reached the Round of 16 will join for part of the tour but were not with the squad departing today.
