Lauren and Declan have been dating since they were teenagers (per The Sun), having met at school while growing up in Kingston-upon-Thames.
Despite having been together for a decade now, the pair prefer to stay out of the spotlight, but have on occasion been spotted out together, including trips to Reading Festival, holidays in Ibiza, and dinners in the Shard.
Over the years, Declan has kept their relationship pretty private but once joked about his closeness with friend and fellow footballer Mason Mount, noting how Lauren was worried about their closeness.
