Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham talked to the press after England’s disappointing 0-0 draw against Ghana in their second game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Bellingham was asked about Real Madrid’s moves in the off-season.
“Mourinho is a top, top coach. I’m very happy,” he said when asked about the Portuguese manager.
Naturally, he was also asked about his new teammates now that Real Madrid have confirmed the signings of Ibrahima Konaté, Marc Cucurella and Bernardo Silva.
“I’m very pleased. They are players of great quality and experience. Currently, my focus is on England, but I am very fond of the signings they’re making,” he explained.
Making sure that Bellingham is at his best will be one of Mourinho’s priorities, so the Portuguese coach will surely be paying close attention to his performances during this World Cup.
